Most basic repairs can be done in-store while some repairs may need more time. If you require a same-day/next-day service, please arrange a repair booking in advance by using the Repairs Contact Form stating what the damage is and when you will need the case back by.

Leadtime: Same day/next day service for pre-arranged in-store repairs, 3-4 weeks for all other repairs.
Payment: We ask for payment in advance.
Shipping: You are welcome to collect your case from the store free of charge.
For return shipping there is a flat-rate charge.
UK: £20 Europe: £80 ROW: £120
*For customers outside the EU, please be aware that you may be charged local sales tax at point of delivery dependent on your local tax laws. **Please be aware that due to limited space, we cannot hold repaired cases for more than 12 weeks. Uncollected cases will be disposed of.
Insurance and airline claims
If your case has been damaged by an airline and you wish to claim costs back on insurance, an official quotation can be sent to you upon request.
